The Sales Contract and Operations Manager for Hill-Rom Respiratory Care
(RC) is responsible for negotiating , obtaining and managing contracts while
ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with contractual obligations,
as
well as alignment with our organizations business strategies and goals.
Additionally
they will direct and manage the ongoing administrative and operational support
functions of the RC sales organization.
Identify and manage initiatives that increase sales force productivity
and operational
efficiency. Draft and negotiate customer contracts, in support of the Respiratory
Care sales team. Supervisory responsibilities to include hiring, firing,
compensation,
disciplinary actions, training, employee development and performance management.
Collaborate across functional boundaries to coordinate the inputs of various
internal
stakeholders when drafting and negotiating agreements. Identify legal issues
that exist
with respect to existing contracts or proposed agreements. Evaluate customer
cor-
respondence for possible legal ramifications/issues and help draft comp
any responses,
as necessary. Ongoing analysis and reporting of performance to revenue
and expense
objectives. Identify projects, processes, and tools that will enhance sales
force product-
ivity. Work across organizational functions as necessary to gain buy-in
and implement
key initiatives. Other duties as assigned.
B.S./B.A. or equivalent experience.
5+ years experience in Sales Administration and/or Operations.
5 years experience contract administration in the medical device or healthcare
industry.
Demonstrated experience in effectively managing a team of people.
Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and presentation
skills.
Strong negotiating skills. Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software.
